Cancellation Policy
Málaga On Board is an intermediary between the buyer (the user) and the suppliers, therefore, when you book an activity through our platform, you are actually booking directly with the supplier which is fantastic, as we open a portal full of experiences in Malaga and we bring you closer to them respecting the supplier’s price.
To avoid last minute cancellations that cause significant losses for our instructors (suppliers), each of them can choose the cancellation policy they consider appropriate for their activity.

Supplier cancellations
Instructors/guides (suppliers) can only cancel an Activity if circumstances beyond their control make the realization of the Activity impossible or dangerous, such as bad weather conditions or force majeure. In such cases, you will obviously receive a full refund.
Alternatively, in case of bad weather conditions or other force majeure events, the instructors/guides may also propose to schedule your activity. It depends on whether you accept or refuse such changes (for example, it may be difficult to postpone an activity for a week if you are on a trip abroad). If you are unable to attend the new proposed date, you will be entitled to a full refund.
Can I change the date of my reservation? You can request a modification of the dates scheduled for an activity if such a modification is possible (this will depend on the activity). This can be done through our telephone service or by sending an email to reserva@malagaonboard.com.
We will contact your supplier to negotiate the modification on your behalf. If the modification request is accepted by the supplier, a new booking summary will be issued and emailed to you. However, it is important to note that instructors/guides are not obligated to accept such modifications to the activity date or start time. Such requests, if accepted, may be subject to fees, according to the specific conditions of the instructors/guides.
If your modification request is rejected by the instructors/guides, your request will be treated as a cancellation under the above policy.
